Terms

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All information is transmitted through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so as to guarantee a secure transaction. We offer the highest level of protection available today. All of your information is kept private and is never shared with other organizations. Should you prefer to pay by check, merchandise will be shipped when check has cleared. Net 30 day terms are also available and subject to credit approval. You will be notified once your credit has been approved.  At the discretion of VelBuy Supply customers with past due accounts over sixty (60) days are placed on credit hold.  Customers with past due accounts over ninety (90) days will revert to prepaid status.  We reserve the right to revoke open credit terms for non payment or late payment accounts.

Custom orders and/or Special orders may require a 50% deposit with payment in full upon completion of order. A valid credit card must be maintained in our file for all custom and/or special orders. 

Return Policy

We understand that errors in ordering can occur.  Therefore, unused and/or uncut stock items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of the invoice date. Special or Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.   A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise.  Please call for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused.  VelBuy Supply is not responsible for loss or damage to returned items while in transit.  All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Velbuy Supply prior to the issuance of any exchange or credit.  All exchanges/credits issued will be less shipping charges out and restocking charges.  The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs back to Velbuy Supply

Pricing

All prices, published and non-published, are subject to change without notice.

International Orders

International orders are subject to an additional international processing fee of $15.00 to $25.00 based on order. This fee, if applicable, is added to your order at the time of shipping. This fee may be waived or adjusted at the discretion of VelBuy Supply.

Warranty

Velbuy Supply warrants that its products shall be free from defects in quality for a period of 15 days from shipment to customer.  VelBuy Supply’s liability is limited to the replacement of any of its products deemed by us to be defective in quality provided such claim for defect is made within the warranty period.   The warranty provisions shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or unspecified applications or use.
VelBuy Supply, Inc shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of use, damages of any kind or liable for any costs of replacement incurred by the customer in the absence of any written authorization from VelBuy Supply to make such a replacement.

Delivery

Shipments are FOB Fairfield, New Jersey unless otherwise stated.  Standard method of shipping is UPS Ground.  VelBuy Supply shall have no liability for delay in delivery once package(s) are released for shipping.  We urge you to inspect all packages upon receipt.  If a package is received damage, we urge you not to accept the package.  Please report all damaged packages to the driver immediately.  Please contact Velbuy Supply immediately to address any damaged shipment(s).

Cancellation

Special or Custom orders once received are not subject to cancellation.  Should extreme circumstances warrant cancellation, Terms of cancellation may include and are not limited to compensation to Velbuy Supply

The following is made in lieu of all warranties, express or implied: seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace the quantity of product proven to be defective.
